29th Annual Dog-N-Jog benefiting The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City

KC Dog Club Participation

We will be participating in the 1 mile walk, but feel free to participate in the 2 mile or 1 mile run.

We will meet at 8:30am, and after the walk/run

Master Emcee
NBC Action News Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak with his weather dog, Sunny, KFKF Radio’s Debbie Erikson and Q104 Radio’s TJ McEntire will be the master emcees.

Race Location
This year’s race will begin at the intersection of Central and Ward Parkway and cover Ward Parkway, Pennsylvania, and Nichols Road. Plenty of Plaza parking will be available for you and your pooch at the Starbuck’s parking lot off Central and the Hall’s parking lot off Wyandotte. Click here for a map >

New This Year: The Wiener Dog Dash!
Calling all wieners! The Wiener Dog Dash will be a fun run for Dachshunds and Dachshund mixes. Races begin at 9:30am. Online registration for the Wiener Dog Dash is available now, and more details are coming soon. Help us spread the word to all wiener dog pet parents!

7 am: Late registration and fun pack pick-up (while supplies last)
8 am: Two-Mile Run (top three winners with their dogs win a prize!)
8:15-9:45 am: Agility performances, pet photos, pet vendors, dog contests, prize drawings and more!
8:30 am: One-Mile Run (top three winners with their dogs win a prize!) 
9 am: One-Mile Walk
9:30 am: Wiener Dog Dash (top three winners with their dogs win a prize!) 
10 am: Top pledge collectors honored

Register by June 11 for $30 or on June 12 for $40. There are several ways to register for Dog-N-Jog:
