Hike with the Dogs on Smithville Lake Trails (~8 miles)

Let’s get some good exercise for us and our dogs with an 8 mile hike at Smithville Lake! We will mix a couple trails together to make an 8 mile loop. It will be a mix of a wide paved path and a narrow dirt path through the woods alongside Smithville Lake.

Bring proper footwear to hike 8 miles in the woods. Also be sure to bring water for you and your pup (don’t forget the water dish).

Per park rules dogs are required to be on leash, but the group does not have any such requirement. You are responsible for your dog’s actions and for any fines incurred.
