This will be KC Dog Club’s first hike at Kill Creek Park.

We will hike a loop that is ~3.5 miles, and should take less than two hours.

This is the basic route we will hike – www.alltrails.com/trail/us/kansas/kill-creek-park-trail

This is a hike on a combination trail. Part of the hike is on a paved trail and part is on dirt and rock trails, so make sure you prepare properly. Bring water for your pooch, and bug spray for yourself and your dog is a good idea.

If you’re not familiar with Kill Creek Park, I highly recommend you open this direct link to the meeting spot using the Google Maps app on your phone – goo.gl/maps/dqzZ7mqPnCs

OFF-LEASH – All cities in the Kansas City area have “leash laws,” requiring dogs to be on-leash at all times (other than specifically designated areas). As a group, KC Dog Club does not require dogs to be kept on-leash, however, you (alone) are responsible for your dog, the actions of your dog, and any fines you may receive for your dog being off-leash.

Feel free to bring guests! Just RSVP with +1, +2, +3, etc.
