This event is presented by Mission: Dog Park, a organization of residents of Mission and Northeast Johnson County on a “mission” to: locate space for, build, privately fund and maintain a permanent off-leash DOG PARK in Mission, KS. We are collaborating directly with the City of Mission, and we need you and your dog’s support!

Broadmoor Park in Mission, KS (Johnson Drive and Broadmoor) is turning into an off leash dog park for the day! Bring your pooch and a few fur-riends and enjoy the company of fellow dog lovers in the Mission area!
The temporary fencing will be up and open from 10:00AM-2:00PM Saturday. There will be local vendors and other entertainment for the two-legged attendees.

***Safety Rules***
-All humans must bring proof of pet’s up-to-date vaccinations
-All dogs must have collars & identification tags
-Dogs should stay on leash until safely inside the unleash fence
-Owners should have leash with them at all times
-All dog owners must stay with and monitor their dogs inside the fence
-All dog owners must clean up after themselves and their pets
-Fence should be closed at all times, except when entering or exiting
-Puppies under the age of 4 months are not allowed in the unleash area
-Only socialized and friendly dogs are allowed at the event. If your dog demonstrates aggressive behavior, you will be asked to leave.
-Alcohol and cigarettes are not permitted at the event
-Food is not allowed in the unleash area
-Dog owners are liable for their own and their dog’s safety. Please use good judgement.
