[South KC, MO] Hike on the Wagon Trail

The Wagon Trail portion of the Blue Parkway Trails was voted KC Dog Club’s best hike of 2015! The route in the screenshot is just short of 3 1/4 miles, and should take less than 2 hours.

This is a hike on dirt and rock trails, so make sure you prepare properly. There may be mud on the trail. It is probably a good idea to spray yourself with bug repellent.

OFF-LEASH – All cities in the Kansas City area have “leash laws,” requiring dogs to be on-leash at all times (other than specifically designated areas). As a group, KC Dog Club does not require dogs to be kept on-leash, however, you (alone) are responsible for your dog, the actions of your dog, and any fines you may receive for your dog being off-leash.
